• Refund: means a request for restoring the amount paid for whatsoever reason.

1. The product should be unused, unwashed and in the original condition.
2. The original invoice shall be submitted within seven working days of purchase.
3. In case of purchase by the credit card, the amount will be transferred to your bank account as per the policy of the bank issuing the credit card.
4. In case of purchasing by Cash on delivery (CoD), the paid amount will be transferred to your account through a bank transfer.
5. The form attached on babybella website shall be printed and filled.
